- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ By Adrian ButteryDecember 03, 2023Stopped in their drive thru yesterday, as I have many times before,picked up a 18 bottle of NZ Pinot Gris to have with my lunch. When I opened the bottle and poured it, it was a bit fizzy which it shouldn't be, and it was totally lifeless. I put it back in the fridge to take back the next day. When I took it back their staff just started telling me all the stories of how they don't give refunds or exchanges to people - One of the staff actually pulled another bottle of the same wine out and you could see this one was brown in comparison to the quite clear other bottle. I finally got to speak face to face with the Hotel Manager who refused to exchange, even after I informed him that would result in my never spending another cent in either the drive thru or the Hotel again.
